Note to self: Do not try to escape

I am always tempted to run away from difficulty. Suffering really isn’t for me — I even dread going to see the dentist. I know that this kind of attitude is not what makes a good character, but sometimes a possible escape can have the illusion of being the best way to go.

Is Water Baptism a Ticket We Need?

baptismShort answer: yes, we need to both baptise and be baptised. Jesus commanded it.

But what if we can’t, for some reason? What if we intend to, but die before we have the chance to go through with it? What about babies who die shortly after birth?
